How much does counselling cost?
Counselling fees vary based on the service. You can find detailed pricing by clicking here.

Will there be additional costs?
For standard appointments, only the 60-minute session fee applies. Additional services like report writing, referrals, or crisis support are charged separately, but you'll always be informed in advance.

Do you offer counselling for NDIS participants?
Yes, I provide counselling for both plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. Simply provide your NDIS details when booking.

Do you offer concession rates?
Yes, if you're experiencing financial hardship, please ask about our concession rates.

When and how do I pay?
Self-managed NDIS clients will receive an invoice after each session. Plan-managed clients will have their invoice sent to their Plan Manager. All other clients can pay when booking online or on the day of their appointment by card, bank transfer, PayPal, Afterpay, or cash.

Can I get a Medicare rebate?
Currently, we do not offer Medicare rebates, but this may be an option in the future.

 

Do you offer counselling for children?
Yes, I provide counselling for children aged 7 to 17, typically as part of our family counselling services.

Is the counselling room accessible?
Yes, our counselling room is on the ground floor and is mobility-friendly.

Do you provide couples counselling?
Yes, couples counselling is available. Simply choose the couples counselling option when booking.

Do you offer telephone or online counselling?
Yes, we offer both telephone and online counselling options. You can select your preference when booking.
