“I felt comfortable chatting openly with Shannon from my first appointment. He understood what fundamental issues I needed to address, even when it wasn't clear to me.

He gave me practical exercises that I found very helpful and at crucial moments on my path, he'd tend to offer an insight that would be so spot on it would shift my perspective to a more positive mindset.

I always left my appointment with Shannon feeling brighter and as though my problems had become simplified and were now things I had the ability to overcome.”
